Description - I was inspired by Willem Claesz Heda's "Still Life with a Gilt Cup," how he rendered the reflections of light on various vessels. Drawing from his use of perspective and light, I chose to illustrate a bottle of Fabuloso. In hindsight, it's quite an obscure object, but the purpose of this piece was to reflect one of my favorite smells—one that brings me comfort and connects deeply with others who share a Hispanic heritage.
